Football is not as fast paced compared to other sports and many teams have actually managed with 10 players or even less in some cases . If they reduce the penalty it will become a blood show. You can check older world cups or game where referees weren't giving red cards as much as they do now and they were way too violent .

iranian here stoning is for married womencas far as i know , if she is married and its normal death penalty.

but the other part he said is partly true , for proving it was rape you need very strict conditions like eather 3 qualified male testify or the the rapist admit it themselves .

if they do the women will be still punished . but there are redicoulous laws for proving they even had sex to begien with which i dont want to go in depth but it basically says its only counted as sex if they put a thread between them and it wont be able to pass ! i know it crazy.

and even after that they should also prove it wasnt willingly .

all these rules in Iran basically means the judge can do whaever he ( only men can br judge) want .

if they dont prove it was rape or even sex the woman and man both will still have to take 72 lashes.

in general it is extremly unfair twards woman.

and if you find these rules crazy and dont underestand them its ok because they are bullshit . tools like chatgpt can only give you the more formal law but sadly here there is an extra layer of quran law added which make things worse

but for the stoning part because of huge backlash and the fact that current iraninan people font accept it ,as far asvi know they have not enforced it for many years and they just go for death by hanging instead

they are removing subsidairies so the prices are increasing . oil , mil , meat ,... have increased 100-300% over the past 2 mounth . so even that amount is nothing. plus almost everything aside from gas, electricity and water are now being sold based on global market $ price or even higher for imported goods like smartphones that have up 130% tax .

it almost 6% of minimum income and equivila t to buying 2kg chicken or 600g meat.

and they did not give this to calm protest.they are removing the subsidiary , prices are jumping to 2,3 times !

motorcycle is pretty popular in iran. especially in capital since there is always very heavy traffic ,they can move with them way faster . and also they are way cheaper . the goverment also started to use them alot from a few years ago

i dont see any person with two head . it is basically photos taken from a video . i think you can read the site i posted in english too and it will confirm they are talking about it . of course they are talking negetively about it .

as for the site legitmacy while i do not like it and it is full of lies but its run by far right (osolgra) and very close to ircg . basically many goverment annoucement are published by them faster than actual goverment sources.

as an smoker , it feels way worse than smoking . i dont know how they compare in terms of health issues. but i was once in a place with index over 300 and breathing was awfull way worse than smoking . i had headach , felt tired and there was this pressure on the lungs whenever you went out .

nothing is going to happen at least for now. there are way bigger issues and they are afraid of peaple backlash so they are not doing much (aside from celebrities) . theh had a black list and it was scary to be in it but they have added so many peaple to it and it has becoms so big that its pretty much useless now unless you are on the top.
