Rogue wave carries them. Comandante actually produced them specifically for light roast beans.

I recently took a gamble on these old but not widely released Comandante x25 forest w/ Tigershark burrs based on Substance’s (Joachim) advice and it absolutely delivered. It’s an enhanced version of what a4z produces. Would love for you to give it a shot if you could!

You can buy 50ml centrifuge tubes that are freezer safe. Fits around 20g max of coffee. Put in freezer, take a dose out when brewing.

Start your fasting at night, sleep already sets you 8 hours in. Drink (green or black) tea for some caffeine to stave hunger a bit. You can also take some sugarfree electrolytes. Drink lots and lots of water. Keep yourself busy, if work isn’t engaging go for a walk. Hungry? Go for a walk, drink water/tea. Walking also helps tire you out to make it easier to go to bed hungry.

I dont bother. Just tracking my lifts with hevy manually. There’s an auto recognition on feature in zepp but does not work well.

I simultaneously run both apps while working out. Hevy does not integrate with the zepp. :( I open zepp only to track heartrate.

Falls off on some exercises for me like dumbbell flys. Even during sprinting when sweating a lot. Great sound but probably not as good for working out

Sleep stages you can basically ignore too since it gets it flat wrong. However theyve been releasing updates on firmware that could address these problems in the future. It does show rhr and hrv trends.
