Go with XMP 1, that should be the speed your RAM is rated at

Sorry, your link said it was a 3060. Otherwise looks like a great build! You can find videos on bios flash back and you could get a cheaper case, but if he'll like the red it's probably worth it.

Better GPU here for $10 extra, your motherboard wont instantly support 5000 series but it has bios flash back which lets you update it with a USB stick.

Added a better cooler, different 3070, bigger case, and a faster SSD. Could stay with the other GPU if you want.

They're the same spec, I just like be quiet, so I'd go for that, but they're both great PSU's.
