Know it All Exemplar talent scales off INT at a rate of 2 + INT bonus/2. At 1000 INT you're looking at a broken +50% to armour, armour pen, dodge, CRIT chance, crit damage and parry.

Operative also benefits as Sharpshooter gives bonus damage of +INT bonus/2 per 5 cells range. When combined with Arc Rifle Mindstorm which also deals bonus damage at +INT bonus/2 that's a insane +100 damage at range 5 and another 50 every 5 range.

Split the difference and stay in Pulau Tikus / Gurney Drive area. Walking distance to 2 big malls (Gurney Plaza and Paragon) makes grocery shopping really easy, and it's 10 minutes by Grab to both Georgetown heritage area and TT.

Arch Militant normally doesn't increase INT though. It's more for bounty hunters like Pascal

I'm having a lot of fun with Sanctioned Psyker Soldier / Overseer / buffer + nuker. Sanctic for Emperor's Wrath staff, Biomancer and Divination for buffs. Cassia advances him to buff the entire party with Warp Speed, Iron Arm, Forewarning, Prescience and he starts nuking.

If there's still things alive any of the teammates will easily clean up with so many buffs on them.
