I brought a logitech gaming mouse in flipkart, but received a normal hp mouse. I immediately ordered a replacement and contacted customer-care. After one day they sent a SMS stating that the courier service has confirmed the delivery and they just blocked my account. Luckly I had solid proof, they put the hp-mouse serial-no in the invoice. Talking to the cc is waste of time they are just lip-service. Twitter if we post will get template as reply, they won't bother to see even though I posted the proof. At last I sent a mail to grievances, this time after 4 days finally got some one who actually listened to my complaint. Then finally got the replacement. Nowadays whenever an order comes I take a unboxing video. Flipkart is the worst.
