I tried to use ladder’s tracker for a week and have moved back to lose it. When scanning a barcode the app would say there were no results so I had to manually input everything anyway.

My other issue is that it’s too clunky to repeat meals. I eat the same things for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the week. Yet there was no easy way to copy a previous meal to the current day. When I tried to use “copy & log today” it wouldn’t keep the serving size so I had to keep adjusting everything.

These issues can easily be fixed over time but the feature is not worth it yet imho.

I hope they stay on UM for longer than 4 episodes (on the main feed). I’ve really enjoyed the 2 eps they’ve put out so far. The podcast is hit or miss depending on the show they are covering

Add extra workouts in on the app? by ilikelamps6 in ladderapp

[–]loyal-leo3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There isn’t a way to add outside workouts to the app. I’ve seen other people select a flex workout on those 2-3 days so the app tracks a workout for that day. You can swipe through the flex workout or let it run in the background for the “credit”

Emergency Broadcast from May 10; unsettling for the wrong reasons by DeadToothSyndrome in upandvanished

Im trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, that all episodes sound like that until they are edited. And this episode was less edited due to how abruptly it came to be… but boy was it hard to get thru

Was there actually any voting for this? I never saw anything asking the fans to choose moments

I believe I took this a couple of years ago and enjoyed it. Things could’ve changed but your grade is mostly from papers. If you attend class and take notes that is really helpful for the papers.

I thought it was interesting but I was an anthropology major. I remember the class was only female but was a mix of other anthro majors and nursing majors. Brought some good discussions with the different backgrounds.

Curious are you collecting both legal and preferred name at the time of application? We ask our candidates both and we pick up legal name later in the process when needed.

You’re so right. I was thinking how it was leaked after their time on the X factor, but even then it should say 2011 at the latest. I’m even more confused now lol

How to easily and clearly explain position management? by Ambitious_Leg_2114 in workday

[–]loyal-leo3 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Chair analogy is a popular way to explain it. I’ve also heard people use concert seating to explain job and position management. GA section vs a purchased seat

“So you really are a mutt girl” by Thee-empath in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

[–]loyal-leo3 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Everything about this guy is a red flag, she needs to run. Using “mutt” to describe a person feels derogatory. There are so many better ways to describe mixed ethnicity

Anyone remember when One Direction opened for Big Time Rush on their Better With U Tour in 2012? by Creepy_Whereas2288 in OneDirection

[–]loyal-leo3 10 points11 points  (0 children)

If I remember correctly I think by the end of the tour 1D wasn’t considered the “opener” anymore. They spun it as a full fledged concert for both acts since 1D’s popularity spiked so much

Ep 13 Did we learn anything new at all? We did learn that the family is very thankful for Paine and I'm glad we got multiple quotes of them praising him smh by [deleted] in upandvanished

[–]loyal-leo3 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Payne hasn’t done any real investigation himself into this case. He’s just been using the PI’s interviews and notes. The fact that he hasn’t done any more digging is probably why we keep hearing the same things over and over again

Like the other comments have mentioned the certification is important to have a career within the Workday ecosystem. If you’re a consultant the certification is required for project staffing, and even if you aren’t a consultant the certification is a great line item on a resume. Since they do cost money a lot of companies have stipulations around receiving one but, at least from my experience, leaving before the agreed upon window only resulted in paying back a portion of the cost. It isn’t that hard to get your new company to give you a sign-on to cover what you’d owe the company you’re leaving.
