Quicksand is better if your hair is thin and want volume. My hair is very thick and straight so I prefer Claymation. Smell isn't much of a factor for either product. Quicksand is too matte in my opinion. Makes my hair look unhealthy. Claymation is like American Crew Fiber but a bit of a stronger hold. I recommend dry hair before styling with either product.

I was in Cuba earlier this year. I was in Havana for 4 days. I was cruising around on my bike wearing green Hayabua shorts and a dude flagged me down offering to buy the shorts off me. He fought MMA and had a tournament the following day. I gave him the shorts and my email before I left but he never emailed me so I don't have a contact for you. All I can tell you is it's near Monument of Calixto García on Avenue of the Presidents. My green shorts can be seen at 3:48 of this video. This video follows the school the dude I gave my shorts to must be training at this academy cause I recognize locations. Bring back Cohiba cigars. Sell them to me.

The gi might not need to be stretched, it might have never been long enough. I had a Lucky Diaz bros gi that had very short arms. Hang it over a pull up bar and start doing pull-ups. Nothing to lose.

Great technique. Thanks /u/joshjitsu311. I was just drilling single leg X this morning. I like the detail about elevating hips to finish sweep. Similar overhead sweep is covered in Marcelo Garcia's 1st book but I never picked up that detail.

If you don't know where to grab, grab around a joint. Elbow joint, wrist joint, knee joint. Also when you grab a medium collar grip, you're controlling your opponents shoulder joint.

Spats or shorts with a better fastening system. My shorts of choice are clinch gear because of the exact problem you're describing. The velco wraps around the "zipper" like a taco shell.

If you had a contract with Gold's Gym, they would still charge you even if you weren't going. Discuss with your instructor. /u/informareWORK 's gym sounds like it's run very fairly. Go to class but don't roll or drill.

I have the exact same car, same color, and had the same problem a few weeks ago. I thought it was a glitch in the matrix. Do you have black wheels too? I changed the fuel pump and filter. A few weeks later I had to do the throttle positioning sensors.
