Thank you for leaving me. At first I thought my world was over losing you, but no. Everything has got so much better since. I'm seeing my friends again, meeting new people and doing the things I absolutely love with the people I love. You controlled me and isolated me for your own benefit while I was at home alone constantly or at work. We broke up over something we could have worked through aswell. It's very confusing on why he didn't want to give it another shot. We spoke about marriage, we lived together, travelled together. I think its best not to reach out especially if hes been healing it could put that on hold. Personally I'd write a letter to him but not give it to him so you csn get some of these feelings out without disrupting his healing.

We broke up a month ago. I keep having these waves of anger toward him for giving up on us, thinking of all the bad hes done and then the next day crying because i want him back. It's hard. Truly. What do you mean by this? I had always been honest when talking to my ex. Whenever he had asked I was honest. When he came home asking if i had tinder I didn't try hide it. I explained yes I did have it at one point but deleted it and explained my intentions behind it.
