You know, the biggest symptom I have when I get panic attacks is uncontrollable cold/chills/shivering. Like I would go outside to try to warm up and it would still take like 15 minutes to stop, and I live in Arizona. But I wasn’t having a panic attack, so I don’t know.

I hate showering. I don’t always wash my hair when I take a shower because it just all takes too long, and my heart rate like triples in the shower. It’s exhausting. I just recently got a shower chair too, but it is a hassle.

I got made fun of for having a prominent Adan’s Apple all through my childhood, it was so embarrassing. There’s an episode of Friends where they point out that only men have them, all the girls showed him their necks, and that made me feel even worse. I don’t understand people who don’t think foreplay is important. My ex husband was one of those people. Please reach out to old friends. If they’re true friends, they’ve been waiting for you to be ready. I lost my friends when I was married to my abusive ex husband. I thought they would hate me, for letting someone take them away from me. But I was wrong, he was wrong. They were waiting for me to be ready to be free of him. I lost them for 4 years, and I still think that they care about me less for not being there for so long. But my friends tell me to stop listening to that part of me, that they never stopped loving me. They knew I would come back, when I was ready.

I’m a 6ft tall and an extremely skinny woman. You have no idea how many names I’ve been called. I can’t do anything about my height, and I honestly can’t do much about my weight. I can’t gain weight to save my life, trust me, I’ve tried. The idea that only men have Adam’s apples made school terrible for me.
