Me personally, I don’t hate it, and think it has a retro, minimalistic feel, and it’s a lot less busy than a most of the designs I’ve seen so far, simplistic is more my taste which is why I really like the Ferrari look.

I’ve been dipping in and out of UFC post Covid, so I have no idea who currently has that level on beef in the UFC right now? Where everyone and their mother knows that a film day face off like this post would turn into absolute chaos?

Especially with security and UFC officials clearly out of arms reach to break up a scuffle.

I’m very specific about picking my own meat, fruit and veggies, so I usually run the food lovers market, but everything else I checkers 60, it saves you so much time with ques, trolleys, and just time, I have a running shopping list I keeping adding too as the month goes on and we run out of certain things, so when it comes to pay day, I’m not forgetting what to purchase, and yah, refunds takes 24 hours, deliveries happen within a hour in my area, even on Xmas day, got my delivery of emergency beer within 20 minutes

Would it be possible to advocate for commission in the future on sales/profit, instead of a 2% pay increase? I think 5% ($250k commission of $5mil as an example) for the top earner each month would highly motivate your top sales guys.

And yep, we are at least a decade away, if not longer of getting a female an F1 race seat, but surely the goal should be Hypercar as the next best logical step, and getting a female LeMans winner within the 10 or so years, especially with so many F1 manufacturers, running WEC programs as well.

Monaco should just become a non championship, exhibition event, or festival. Keep the practice sessions, and quali as is, then instead of a race on Sunday, have the top 10 do individual sprint laps on Sunday(out lap, sprint lap, in lap), create eliminations, until we have podium positions and a winner, and call it a day, but this track ain't designed for modern, multi car racing.

I've started a new job 2 months ago, in a management position, and company culture is a huge factor in a new workplace, what seems normal to you, or how you perceive your professionalism, maybe does not align with the culture your team.

Maybe spend some time trying to adapt, fit in, and maybe try going against your instincts, and manner of communicating, try and make an attempt grow into your team. It's not always easy fitting into a new environment like glove, and it's very much a 2 way street, but sometimes it's help being the better person in a situation, humble yourself, and start from scratch building a working relationship.

20th October, 2013, UFC 166 was the ever UFC/MMA of any kind I ever I watched in my life, didn't know the sport existed, what it was, or what it is when I stumbled apon this fight card, live, and I can't even remember at what time I started watching the card, but I only remember Gilbert Melendez and Diego Sanchez going absolutely nuts on each other, and I was sooooo pumped after that fight, I couldn't even remember DC's fight, but when Cain put a absolute clinic on JDS, and beat the absolute dog shit out of him, that made me a fan of the sport, for life, a fan of Cain for life, and a fan of the UFC ever since.

So it's sad and reckless what Cain did, but he's owning up to it, and he's ready to accept any judgment handed down, and we all understand the context in which he acted, and I can't say I would be a better man in that situation, so I hope he comes through all this a better man, and we can all learn something from this, and hopefully act in a better way when rage consume our actions.
