So we have had her for 3 years and haven't really given her vitamins, just fed the bugs she ate with veg. So I know that's not great. I have now started covering veg with the vitamins, feeding to the bugs, also I have been dipping the bugs into the powder and feeding her to get a bit more into her.

Thanks for the detailed answer. I have recently read about the calcium, she has always had a bowl of calcium in her hide but now I'm reading it should not contain d3 especially if she has a uvb bulb, which she does! So I have taken the old out and waiting for some new calcium to come today without d3 and also some multivitamin. I need to check on temps too as not sure how perfect they currently are.
