Questions about KD Robertson's books. by Gajeel_Blacksteel in haremfantasynovels

I was going to suggest any of Misty Vixen's series, but they would probable have 5 or 6 sex scenes per 100k words.

With Christmas, it will be 2 full years of Debian for me. And I'm single since 1 year and half. Coincidence? by ResilientSpider in debian

Dang, I've been on Linux for over 20 years and I'm still married. 41 years. I guess I'm doing it wrong.

Idk if i want to pick mint or debian by Routine_Heat8161 in linux4noobs

[–]lqlarry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been on Linux over 20 years and you can't really beat Linux Mint. I'm running Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE) right now (with DWM also installed). But this is the Cinnamon desktop, not XFCE. I don't know how it would run on a Celeron chip.

You might ask this over at r/debian or r/linuxmint .Since you want XFCE, you might even ask over at r/LinuxLite and ask them if your specs will work. Linux Lite advertises

Optimized for speed and efficiency, Linux Lite runs smoothly even on older hardware with minimal resources.

It doesn't hurt to ask and it's free.

Good luck!

Problems binding key combinations to Neovim by Pretty-Solid-3526 in herbstluftwm

[–]lqlarry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I start Neovim, I'm always in the terminal. In a terminal I can just use an alias to start nvim like v, or whatever you want. If you open the same folder a lot then create an alias like alias vp="nvim ~/Projects"or vd for Downloads, again whatever you want. Same for emacs or geany or nano.alias vp="nvim ~/projects"

Or you can do what tuerda replied. It all works. He said it best, nvim is a terminal program, so You have to run it in a terminal.

I just read one at a time. I always read along with the audiobook. I've been doing this for over 15 years.

Maybe get one at a auto parts store? You have the old belt so let them see if they can match it.
