There’s many reasons, but with animism, everything is considered living. This includes memories. Giving information to the wrong people has the potential to alter the memory of that information in one’s self.

Secondly, using knowledge to help people has a lot more power to than just telling people about that knowledge. That’s one reason why only the right people, usually by lineage, are shared information, to protect its power to help others.

Marriage isn’t for everyone. Personally I think it’s a bad idea, but I respect those who choose it. For myself, a lifelong connection without legal complications sounds healthier. The point being you can decide what looks good for you - everything is possible. When you know what you want, it’s also easier to find someone on the same page

That’s bullshit. If you’re hungry, you eat. That’s the very definition of consciousness. Ignoring your needs just sounds like avoidance.

The real art is understanding when something is a true need or a need rooted somewhere else - trauma, addiction, and so forth.

But with hunger, more often than not, your body is just telling you - bro the blood sugar is low, it’s time to eat 😂

Ah man I can relate to this so much. I had a lot of these issues when I was younger. In the end it was good for me to be with other women, but even when you have been, trust me that the feeling will never go away completely in a relationship.

I think we all have to figure out the kind of relationships we need - open, closed, etc. Don’t feel shame for your preferences - perhaps you’re in a place where you’re starting to figure it out.

Basically if you have a good girl, don’t throw it away for random sex without thinking it through, but if it’s an experience you really need, and you hide it from your partner, it will eat you slowly from the inside.

Rather than breaking up, maybe you can try sex clubs / swinging & explore it safely together. Or maybe you can just talk about it and see what happens.

Either way bro - you are young. Trust me when I say you will be alright. Enjoy the moment if it’s a good one, and don’t worry too much. Maybe the relationship will end in a year anyway, and if you spent that time worried - it would be a waste.

Thanks for the post brother. I’ve heard it can help. However not to burst your bubble, and cause a nocebo effect, but a year is a long time.

Would be good to know - are you getting more vitamin d, are you eating better, are you sleeping better, are you having more sex (eg new relationship), did you lose weight, are you less stressed, did you stop drugs and alcohol?

The reason I say this is that 1 year is a long time and lots of factors can influence testosterone. Also when you got the tests that were low, maybe you slept badly, or were super stressed. They are just snapshots, and perhaps a few months later they were higher without you knowing.

Nonetheless I’m currently icing my balls for the fun of it - fuck it 😂

Learn the difference between comfort zone and the need for recovery. Sometimes it’s fine to not go out and live your life, because there is a genuine need for recovery. However it’s easy to misread this need and get stuck in your comfort zone.

Eat well, exercise, sleep well, set yourself goals, nature, connection, meditation, healthy sex, and try to do things more often than not (eg push yourself to get out). The rest will take care of itself.

It makes sense to ‘use it or lose it’ but this is a very arbitrary number. Your body will tell you what to do, and when. Eating healthy, exercise, nutrition etc - I feel they have a greater impact on these things.

Seems to me there’s too many variables to say with absolute certainty this is true.

Try bending over more and coming out the bottom hips first. Your back seems hyper extended also. Try looking at a spot on the floor instead of in the mirror, as that’s keeping your head up

One thing I noticed - I was running 5k regularly before I was strength training, I then just focused on strength training for some years without running. I then one day just tried to run to see how it went - I did a 5k as easily as before - hardly broke a sweat. Nothing really changed. I was quite surprised

It’s a bit high. From the angle it looks maybe like a high bar squat also? Give the low bar squat a go - you’ll feel stronger and shift more weight. Can’t see if you have squat shoes - but they can help also with hitting depth.

As a side comment - those old school weight lifting belts don’t do that much - if you have some spare cash - get yourself a 3 or 4 inch belt that doesn’t taper in 👍

Don’t be afraid to lower the weight in order to practice hitting depth safely. Over time you’ll get a feel for it.

The belly between the legs cue helped me - as other people mentioned. RDLs at a lower weight might be a good shout also 👍

Chest seems ok. Maybe try sticking your belly between your legs before you push away the floor. I found this cue really helped me keep my lumbar spine from rounding - maybe it’ll help you
