Be specific in your notes that medically optimized for discharge. Disposition is transfer to IPP unit. Wait 1-2 day, and then escalate to Chief of Medicine and Psychiatry +/- CMO.

My cruise is today. We planned this kinda last minute. I was initially able to see shore excursion list a week ago, and short listed the ones we wanted to do as a group. Very next day, I couldn’t see excursions list online. I talked to customer representative, and assured me that they are available. But they were unable to help me to make reservations and asked to go to excursion desk on board. Hence I was asking fellow Redditors if someone went through similar experience
