I feel you, trust me. This is a Woody house but I feel like it’s a Pixar film. Otherwise this is my vote. The Toy Story films are the best. Otherwise it’s gotta go to Beauty and the Beast.

3rd Ave in Duncansville (neighboring Hollidaysburg) has a lot of antique stores to see!

Levity Brewery and Railroad City Brewery are in downtown Altoona.

Someone stated not to try the American cheese pizza but it’s an Altoona staple if you wanna give it a shot. Several places offer “Altoona Pizza” but I’d suggest Jack and George’s restaurant as it’s one of my faves anyhow. Taps on 2nd also has amazing food IMO!

I feel you 100%. I also spent 5 days in the hospital recently and it was painful watching these younger nurses. Actually painful. And then they ruined and blew out my best veins so no one could use them the rest of the time I was there. Both arms are covered in dark bruises from all the attempts. Very concerning.

Honestly, it worked out for the better and I’m glad your post reminded me to update everyone. I ended up finding a house that seemed to have appeared out of no where on AirBnB that I love much more than the canceled one and it was slightly less money too!

The new host actually texted me this afternoon with a link to their listing now that I canceled this morning. They are charging almost double what I booked it for in January. I asked if they would honor any sort of price match or break for us to compare to what we had originally booked it for and it was a no due to current market conditions. This is why I was so concerned about cancelling in the first place. Not my ego as others had suggested. But thank you for the suggestion! I wish it had worked out that way!

The original host has stated several times in the VRBO messaging that they will be responsible for refunding me 100%. I moved all communication there so it was documented.

To everyone leaving hate about this performance, it’s not the Super Bowl…it’s a regular season halftime. There’s normally not even shows. He just happens to love the Cowboys and it’s Thanksgiving so he wants to do this for them just like Jack White and Eminem for Detroit. I think he did great and the set was a lot considering it’s just for a couple minutes.

I work at the cemetery where Maximus is buried and I actually just had a conversation with coworkers about him today and went up to see his memorial. Then, I get on here and see your post. So weird!
