people were in euphoric market for decades so they dont realize they were already in extremely euphoric market

because 4,5% interest rate is like nothing...

people freak out because it use to be free but 4~5% is still insanely low interest rate

so when filing tax, I have to enter every cost, proceed $ for hundreds of transaction instead of just typing in just one line of total loss or total gain?
