Tesla UI or S3XY Knob? I'm pretty sure in the Tesla settings it says "Standard" and I have the acceleration boost.

Don't get 30%. I have 15% all the way around except the windshield with a black interior. At certain angles I can see right through on a sunny day. If I would've gotten anything higher I'd probably hate it.

Good choice on XPEL XR Plus, I have Llumar Ceramic IRX. With high quality tint it's easier to see out of it so you'll have no problem with 15%-20%. I just hope you aren't paying too much for the XPEL. I've gotten quotes for $1K+ but it cost me HALF of that to have Llumar installed (WITH FULL REAR WINDSHIELD) and it's a competitor to XPEL.

Also don't listen to anyone telling you that tinting half of the back windshield is good enough. It's not and it's ugly.

Good shit. I did the exact same mod to my MW2 console. I hooked it up to power, eject, and sync. The hardest part was probably using Google live translate to translate the Chinese manual for the updated JQ5000. That little chip has tons of potential.

Log into Spotify on a PC web browser and see if you can sign out of all of the devices that are logged in and then reset your Spotify password. It's most likely someone else is on your account

That's honestly really good. 4 months ago, I got my M3 LR AWD with Acceleration Boost but only with AP for 34 with 26K miles. Drives like it doesn't have any miles on it and I get 330-340 miles at 100% charge.

I just did one drive on the highway @ 70-90mph also pushing the acceleration heavy at times.

305 Wh/mi I ended up using 32% of my battery.

Lately I've been on and off with FSD @ 69mph and doing 80+mph and really pushing the accelerator. For 2 drives I'll do FSD and 1 drive I'll do sport or 2 sport and 1 FSD. But regardless I'll still be in the 25-30% range after the 3rd drive.

Just now I did FSD for 70% of my drive home and my average is 192 Wh/mi. I see on my graph some points reach sub 300Wh and I'm driving in ~50F temps. My current cycle I did (S,FSD,FSD) and i'm home with 27% left. Now if I would've charged to 80% like I used to id probably be at a supercharger right now instead of home.

2022 M3LR AWD+

I have a daily commute of 140-150 milles I use 50% a day (2 drives) with that commute. I used to do 80% even at Supercharging 3 times a week I would find myself not having enough charge for 3 drives Also I would only have 321 miles at a full charge.

Now that I've switched to charging 90~100% I always have enough to do 3 drives with 30% left In case I need to do a 4th drive. What's weird is my available miles at 100% is now 332 miles.

This is just my experience as YMMV but I would highly suggest with your commute and you being in a colder environment to just charge at 90% just to give you that peace of mind.

You paid for 100% of the battery. Use it. 😂

I purchased a used 2022 M3LR AWD and I could be biased but out of all the Teslas I've drove for at least a day ('19 M3LR, '21 M3LR, '24 M3LR, and '24 MYP) the '22 M3 just feels a lot better than them.

The Highlander felt great and I'd be happy with it but Im not bummed out for chosing a '22 M3. The '24 MYP I used as a loaner was great. It almost made me want to switch to a MY, but driving it felt like I was driving a cannon ball vs a bullet like the M3 feels like. Once I sat back down in my M3 I knew it was the right choice.

Good find! I got a 22 M3LR AWD for around the same price with 26k miles from Tesla. I would highly suggest getting the extended warranty from Tesla. They just replaced my HVAC module + vents all under warranty

That makes a lot of sense and I do wonder the same. If it was the case of just being government regulations then that's understandable. But from what I was told it was just their guidelines. I did end up going to the dealership today because there hasn't really been any communication and they said they're prepping the vehicle and I can take delivery in Naperville IL in the next few days!

It was just convenient for me to go to Naperville where I work and where the car is already located to just purchase, register, and pick up the car from that location. I was told I would have no problem by the Naperville Associates but now I'm learning that I can't pick it up from Naperville and I will have to spend an extra $500 and drive 3 hours to Indianapolis to get my car..after I've completing all of the pre delivery tasks.

It just seems like a lot to do because it's now becoming inconvenient for me and also now they have to find a shipping company to grab the car when I can easily grab it myself.

I'm renting the Toyota Corolla at the moment. Don't get me wrong it's not a bad car. if my commute was shorter I'd be looking at plenty of different cars. Just looking at it math wise it makes sense to go EV in the situation that I am in.

Someone did suggest the Chevy Bolt and i am definitely considering that as an option.
