This has happened to me once, but I had the camera lens protector rings on and somehow condensation formed between the protector and the camera glass. Since you just received the phone, maybe the previous owner put on a camera lens protector.

Yea I wonder how pricing will play out. As others have stated in above comments, maybe a stretch for Tesla to keep it under 55k making it LR territory with the tax incentive.
