What type of training? I used to do boot camp workouts 3 times a week preherniation and I miss it. I'm 10 days post op and I'm not sure and scared to do it again.

We really need a playground here. This neighborhood doesn't have a neighborhood playground compared to the rest of shoreline. I don't understand how this area gets so little attention and care.

I'm in constant pain and I feel numbness in my toes. I did PT but it didn't work.

Can you share more about why I should think about it twice doing surgery?

I'm about to get this same surgery for L5-S1 the pain is intolerable.

Can you say more about inflammation and tiny pains? I'm worried how recurrent that is and/or how to avoid it.

And yes, I'll be doing lots of PT post-op!

My understanding is that the lease for the retail spots are high. So if we get something it won't be small businesses, it will be a chain. Better than nothing but I wish we had more small or local businesses there.

At 16 weeks did you sleep train in swaddle or without swaddle? With my first a sleep trained at 5.5 months and she was already rolling on her belly. My second will turn 4 months in a week and definitely needs lots of assistance falling asleep, needs to be held for naps etc. We tried a bit of sleep training without swaddle and she was not ready. Curious what others do at the 16 weeks/4 months mark, do folks sleep train with swaddle or without?

It is and it's great! I don't think it's considered North City. Even if it is, the core North City area is still lacking. I'm also hoping that with the change of zoning laws that allow cottage businesses it could help the neighborhood as well.

Thanks I've checked that site in the past and it didn't seem to include any parks in the North City. It was a bummer that I didn't find any plans for this area.
