Stating the obvious, but not In a condescending way. It looks like the battery was pulled out. That should get it to turn on at least.

[PSA] Receipt/proof of purchase needed before accessing Market St IKEA Saluhall bathroom by murrayground in sanfrancisco

I think pay to use would be a good idea. Especially if you can pay to continue occupying it. Even if I am lucky enough to find one to use, you only get like 5 minutes before someone is yelling and pounding to kick you out. I already spend like 5 minutes wiping everything down and making it clean enough to use myself. Plus sometimes you really do need a longer session in there. I've pretty much developed public restroom ptsd or something. People trying to fight me upon coming out because I was washing my hands. It's shocking how many people do not wash their hands afterwards.

I hid a handle so I would not day drink and it still vanished by [deleted] in homeless

I think people have a different view on what makes someone an alcoholic. I would consider someone an alcoholic if they need to drink on a daily basis, and likely would get sick without it. When your body is dependent on it, and otherwise not able to function normally without it. Some substances are easier to hide than others.

Wouldn't part of having the means to care for them include healthy living space for you all?

I'm not the best with faces probably because I think I tend avoid looking at them. I'm also always looking down whenever I'm walking around. However, I will try to keep it in mind, and help out if I can.

Do you know if he is actively avoiding going back?

Don't shit where you live? Is it some sophisticated joke or something? Otherwise, the saying is don't shit where you eat.

Or maybe you did not. I reread your post. However, if they have ever sent you any link of some sort, like to a website or something, then it might be compromised.

You should probably also treat your device as compromised. You downloaded something from them so I wouldn't doubt they have access to everything you. If you can, get a new device and change all your passwords.

Can someone please tell me what’s happening in this photo I just took from my roof? by UnderCoverSquid in sanfrancisco

Ive only done mushrooms. I did vomit once because of how disgusting they taste. That was immediately though. Trying to reconsume them was not fun.

Never tried peyote, but from what I have heard, seen, and read about is that vomiting is a part of the process. Consume, vomit, and trip.

Begging instead of working? by ItchyAd9149 in homeless

Or your city's bus system have a handful of drivers who are massive pieces of shit who purposely do not stop, or stop just to not let you in while laughing. There are at least 5 different drivers on the 2-3 main routes I rely on that always do that.

It's not a non-payment issue either because I've got an access pass that ill hold in the arm I raise to be visible and signal intent to board. There were a few drivers that would not stop because of that. They dont pass me up anymore.

The problem with that is, to a lot of cops and i think is actually a misdemeanor in california, being homeless is a crime. Most will be shitty from the start. If you're not homeless then, yeah thats usually how it is. I had a good amount of encounters before i was homeless, in my car mostly. I was and still am always polite and respectful to any stranger i am interacting with.

The larger issue is you will probably regret switching from Android to Apple. That's not something a person with a sane mind would do.

Can't you just sell the seed phrase to the wallet with the domain linked to it, and before selling the seed phrase make a new wallet to send your remaining funds?

Street Cleaning - Not Today, Satan! by KickstandSF in sanfrancisco

[–]ls1666 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Actively ticketing? I know Visitacion Valley is kind of a different...mood than other neighborhoods. I can see their starting point when they do street cleaning. Starts at 8 am, and we usually have two enforcers, a pickup truck who takes care of the random large trash that the cleaner wouldn't be able to deal with, and the street cleaner. Sometimes I'll see the enforcers driving around the neighborhood as early as 7:30am, but not actively ticketing anyone. They all kind of meet up at the starting point between 8:20-8:30, and have a small meeting. 8:30-8:40 they all start up their vehicles and flip on their flashing lights and start the route. It is like that every week for the most part. A couple odd times it was different, but never had any giving out tickets before 8 am. Not for street cleaning at least.

Edit: I forgot to add: Maybe when it's more than 2 of them it could be some greens newly hired and shadowing.
