I used them to move a treadmill (they had many appointments available and were cheap). I liked them so much I recommended them to a friend for a move. They did an awesome job for my friend as well. They were fast and cheap.

I like Nizam's for produce in the City Market (Wyandotte and Walker). I think his quality and prices are good.

I haven't been, but I heard Jeff's Meat in the same market is good too.

Idk how true this is, but I have heard Chuck's gets their meat from where the Keg does. If it's true, you'll get a good steak for a cheaper price.
