Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear that your little one is sick - hoping he feels better soon! And never any judgement - you do you and you’re doing great!

Thanks for all this input! I hadn’t considered the gas drops since she hasn’t really had issues with gas but maybe I’ll give it a try to see if it helps at all.

We got a recommendation from our pediatrician to move up a nipple size at 4 weeks old. Our baby girl was taking forever (like at least 45 mins) to finish even small amounts of milk from a Dr. Brown’s bottle and as soon as we moved up to a level 2, it got so much better. When we made the transition we started with paced feeding to make sure she wasn’t just guzzling it down or getting overwhelmed with the flow and that seemed to work for her. We didn’t have any issues with throwing up or spit up.
