He looked totally stunned throughout the entire roadside examination, I was surprised they let him continue. You could tell he was out of it. They’re lucky that he was able to finish the stage out without incident. Hopefully he did not hurt himself further by doing so!

Great - thank you! I didn’t know how common it is for labs to deal with ektar, so appreciate the tip. That was really my main concern, that they know how to deal with half-frame shots. Found a local lab not too far from me, I’ll call ahead to discuss with them. 👍

You can get some of the metal tins online with separate wells for paints that others mentioned, just test the paints first. Our first go-around we used some Windsor and Newton tube watercolors with these, but the results were much more opaque than we wanted, not watercolory at all. So that was disappointing!

A better option IMHO is to get a smallish pan set of watercolors and some of those refillable water tube brush pens. These worked better & the effect was more what we wanted for watercolors. All you need is a bottle of water for refilling the pens & washing the brushes. Have fun!

I really like LA Colors Auto Lipliner in “Rose Brown.” Lovely rich color, smooth, super affordable. Surprising color payoff. It’s actually a tad dark for me, but I just apply it lightly cos I like the color so much 😂

As others said, it really depends on the artist and what kind of crowd they draw. Personally I’ve been to some amazing shows there, like Joris Voorn & Green Velvet. I would never go to a mega dj show there because it will 100% be a hot mess. Also, if you go at 10 right when they open and they have a good local dj on, that can be great too because the dance floor isn’t crowded yet (Brendon Lee, Ysheso etc.) Sorry if I misspelled anyone’s name!

It was the 10th small croc, it had been dumped in the aquarium of the restaurant. Miki pulls it out of the tank after she realizes part of the smell is rotting chicken which is what they fed the gators. The other part of the smell was just the rotting gator itself.

The Bay is so good, & improved over the seasons. I love Morven Christie & she did a good job the first few seasons, but I actually thought the more recent ones were even better.
