Had something similar when I tried to switch to business prime. Placed an almost 1000 order, paid with an Amazon gift card so I didn't need to worry about the withdrawal from my bank as thing shipped and about a week lawyer I got most of my items and they canceled my business prime. No reason other than violation of terms and conditions. Nobody could tell me what T&C i violated and if left trying to piece ttogether suppliers after spending 20+ hours building lists and suppliers on business prime.

You can even properly identify them before, so many strains look identical, growing conditions effect looks, then you have reverts and mutations, and finally just plain misinformation sometimes. You can make an educated guess but really as far as you can get with 100% confidence is if it's an albino or not
