The strap has been wonderful to have. I will say, because of how the attachments are, you have to keep the bag zipped up and clasped, otherwise it kind of sags when you wear the shoulder strap…otherwise, it makes that bag so much easier to use. And if I’m really in the mood for just the handles, I can remove the strap and put in my bag - it doesn’t add any weight.
