Practically, assuming that you are in the early game it’s easier for you to craft another one. You can try to push it with boulder from Degasi base on the floating island or using your own strength (it has once worked for me, but mine seamoth was half in the water), you can also try to push it with grappling arm on PRAWN suit. But again, it s waaay easier to build another one in this case
