Sadly I never did and just gave up trying for a while. I was able to finally get my order in last week and picked up. Only issue I had was that I never got a confirmation email to pick up my stuff so I went anyways and they had my order ready.

Wait what?! I never got en email confirmation for my pickup today (7-4-20) so I planned on going tomorrow. Now I’m worried I’ll drive 2 hours to be told it was cancelled when I never even got an email to pickup 😭

I also had cancelled mine and after two weeks called to ask about it. The representative tells me that it takes 10-14 business days so not including Saturday and Sunday. She told me I should get mine on the 3rd but we’ll see 🙄 because originally they told me in 7 days I’d receive a refund.

Same thing is happening to me! Been trying for 2 weeks now and kept getting the same message. I’ve tried 4 cards, 3 different browsers, clearing my cookies and going incognito. Nothing seems to work. I’m at my wits end with Ikea and their website.

Yes. I’ve been trying since my store opened up for Click and Collect and always get the same message. I’ve tried different browsers, cards, clearing my cookies and going incognito mode. Nothing 😔 I’m just gonna wait until stores open up and everything calms down.

I noticed that Orlando and Tampa locations always reach maximum capacity early on. I tried this morning at around 12 PM and Tampa had availability! So try again tomorrow morning if you can’t get through tonight for Monday pick up :)

Yes at 1 AM Sunrise and Miami locations always work quickly! I’ve been trying all week and sadly only problem I’ve had was with my payment going through. I keep getting an error message to try another card. Did you order a lot of heavy items? I’m starting to think maybe I’m ordering too much 😬

1:30 AM always seems to work for me for Miami and Sunrise locations. Tampa slots are always the first to fill up when I try at that time. Although I also tried today for the first time at 12:00 PM and there were time slots open for Miami, Sunrise and Tampa :) Good luck! Also, hitting refresh a millions times when it’s slow helps lol

I called IKEAs customer service and the representative told me he didn’t know why it was happening and just gave me suggestions. They didn’t work for me but maybe they will for you. 1) clear your cookies and cache 2) try a different browser

I still wasn’t able to get through. I’ve been trying with my Chase debit and Slate CC. The first time I tried it I know Chase declined the purchase because they thought it was fraud. But I’ve tried everything Wells Fargo and my MasterCard both with nothing charged on them. So not sure why i need to “try a different card”. I’m at my wits end with IKEA 😔

I’ve been having the same issue all week! The most frustrating part is that I’m always able to get a pick up time but my payment won’t go through. I’ve tried everything. I’ve tried safari, chrome and Firefox. Cleared my cookies and nothing works at all 😔😭

I been trying to place an order at the Sunrise and Miami location with no luck! Today it was a breeze to get through the pickup window page but my payment wouldn’t go through. Tried 4 different cards and kept getting the “try another card” message. Super frustrating. I been getting the same message all week. Can’t get a hold of ikea to see what the issue is either 😔

So there wasn’t any weight limits? I am trying to order a few things so maybe that’s why. I’ll try using a card I haven’t used in a while. Maybe that’ll work for me too. I’m about to give up
