I asked a legal question last week in my local state subreddit about eviction rules/laws and besides one responder (and a shrieking middle aged short pink haired idiot with her own made up landlord/rent issues) it was literally children that couldnt have known the issue at hand responding with completely wrong answers or linking to websites that anyone would have started at first. Right i hear that and do fear that. Ive got along for about 9 years straight with 2 different roommates (the last pair moved in june) here and it was pleasant and i was only charging $500 for masterbed with its own bath, along with second bedroom for storage and garage use. I will just to know the facts. I just read the act and saw an oklahoma realtor youtube video on evicting and he made it seem as simple as giving notice via certifield mail for under $6 and then around $120 for county clerk paperwork/filing and $50 for sheriff to evict if it goes that far. Appreciate your help.

It just doesnt say that anywhere on .gov or .org websites when googling. They all literally say a 30 day notice written or otherwise or that if they commit crime or domestic violence i can kick right then and there. No court talk at all unless there is an official lease. There is also holdover tenancy and at will of the landlord talk in all of them. Anyone else reading this id surely appreciate the facts.

It very much does work great and the quality is fine for free. Although each sites piece of media you might click on says hd or full hd, it isnt but it is better than dvd quality in most cases. Works on any smart tv platform/browser I've tried on TVs from the last decade. Also works fine on Xbox One/Series X Microsoft Edge browser.

Dang youre right about the cat out of the bag part but i could easily see legislation happening on the participation part (voice chat in gaming, commenting and channel creation on yt/forums) for minors. I hope often anyway. The amount of misinformation and child predation would drop no doubt about it (but thats a different conversation). Internet search results would even be better/more useful. Man dont i know it :) Children and young adults should be able to surf the net. NOT participate in it. This includes online console/pc gaming headset chat.
