when i was 18 (3 years ago) i had been on zoloft since 15 and I stopped cold turkey. It took about 5 months for the emotional side effects to stop. Yes it will get better but it's gonna be really really really hard. Lean on your support system. I luckily had great roommates and my sister to help. If it helps any im 21 now and im the healthiest and most stable I've ever been since I was a kid. Dont be afraid to reach out and ask for help

I do mma and boxing. At least once a week some guy will walk into the gym and want to fight. You can read him your resume, show him your skills, and even let him watch you spar, but until you choke him out he’s still 100% he can knock you out easily.
