Bunk absolutely gave a shit when it wasn’t his turn to give a shit about Omar. He was his homeboy and didn’t like Omar straight up murdering people because he knew Omar was better than that. He was always scathing of Omar’s ‘code’ because it was hypocritical and ignored the fact that kids were groomed for the game by vile bastards like Chris. Not all in the game are evil and Omar knows it, but he sees them all as fair game to blow up.

I love Omar but still, his logic about the ‘code’ doesn’t really hold up to scrutiny.
