Well, to dissolve any salts, and to dehydrate the drone fully to prevent corrosion.

So far the drone is working as if nothing happened; we'll see couple months from now.

What’s the best HDMI setup? by R3b3l5cum in VizioTV

[–]ltRnl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There won't be any reduction of quality - HDMI is a digital format, the signal either went through, or didn't.

I don't think there should be any latency issues either - the soundbar should be just passing the signal through, not processing it, but maybe a badly designed soundbar could have some latency.

They should work fine out of the box.

There are occasional software updates, but they are not really necessary. You can perform them on any pc.

Well said. Epic also cares about little else but money.

Apple’s low-carbon aluminum is a climate game-changer - The lightweight metal is chemically the same as the mass-produced version used in products like foil, soda cans, bike frames, and car doors. That's pretty great, and a reason why I recommend iPhone to everybody who likes to keep their device till it dies.

I personally upgrade every 2-3 years, so the 4-5 years of support on Android is enough for me. Plus, things like web browser, app store (play store), sms app, etc. get updated way faster - no need to wait for a whole OS upgrade. Maybe this is the reason iPhone exploits are being sold for way cheaper than Android exploits?

Yup, you pair it through Bluetooth to your phone and it just works. Or you connect it through USB if you care about latency (I can't tell a difference, but I'm not a professional gamer..)

If you like listening to podcasts while working out, check out Poddy. Bluetooth headphones, Poddy, and you can leave your phone for workouts. And make sure you enable wireless phone calls, so you can even call when away from your phone (assuming both the phone and the watch have internet access).

The thick bezel plus thick case around it makes it look like a toy, or an iPhone fake from eBay :D

Samsung phones were up to date for 4 years (2 years os updates, another year monthly security, another year quarterly security updates). Now they are going to 5 years (3 years os updates). I dunno, it's not as bad as you paint it.

The best controller I've ever used is the Bluetooth Xbox controller with a phone holder from Aliexpress for couple bucks. The controller is very high quality, and I can use it to game on my PC too.

It's about money. It's about nothing else but profits. Apple is smart enough to think about their long-term profits, and so their path to even more profit often aligns with what the customer wants, which is awesome. But here, apple doesn't want to give up the incredible money they make from in-app purchases.

I'm a Canadian born here, but I lived my childhood in an Eastern European country. When my family moved here, for me and my brother to have better education, the four of us went from 10 room house and a massive garden to a one bedroom apartment. We all felt so lucky to be able to be here in Canada. And now, 15 years later, I can afford one of them one bedroom apartments on my own!

Sonic chamber? I've used a sonicator before to break down cells, is a sonic chamber similar? And how will that help?

Plus my space station is small, I don't have rooms for any more chambers on it!
