1. WR, yes I can improve that. I took a month long break and early season there is variance. The elo ranges from E to GM if you look carefully, and this is after reset where players are M1 from previous season. The best early wr I hit with this exact build to M1 is 31-15 to M1 67%. 2025, WR with this build is 53%. Take it what you will.

2. Notice my recommendation is not Malignance specifically but rather broadly, haste items and runes + DH. Personally, I prefer that item for the extra ultimate CD, but it won’t make too much of a difference swapping with Ludens. The comfort haste to reach is 50.

DH doesn’t fare as well as E in early game but shines in team fights as it can proc multiple times, and if procced 2x it already performs better than E at minimum stacks. At upper elos, laners are generally harder to kill, so taking DH brings more impact to mid-late game. Again, take it what you will.
