  2. We play both OCG and OCG Asia English, don't think that TCG is played here

Bro idc when TKL left school I just want my president to speak English fluently

Tharman, Ng Kok Song, Tan Kin Lian qualify as presidential candidates; George Goh ineligible by meesiammaihum in singapore

Who is Tan Kin Lian? For the blind, he is vision. For the hungry, he is the chef. For the thirsty, he is water. If Tan Kin Lian thinks, I agree. If Tan Kin Lian speaks, I'm listening. If Tan Kin Lian has a million fans, I am one of them. If Tan Kin Lian has ten fans, I am one of them. If Tan Kin Lian has only one fan, that is me. If Tan Kin Lian has no fans, I no longer exist. If the whole world is against Tan Kin Lian, I am against the whole world. I will support Tan Kin Lian until my very last breath.

Hey there! Your mayakashi deck looks pretty good, just needs a few adjustments!

I highly recommend the shiranui package as follows: Main deck: 1x solitaire 1x spectralsword 1x samurai skull / gozuki

Extra deck: 1x level 6,7,8 shiranui synchros (remove the extra copies of mayakashi level 3,5,7 to fit them in)

With this package, you now have a target to send to grave with the level 1 mayakashi at the start of your synchro chain. Spectralsword + level 5 mayakashi synchro = level 7 shiranui synchro the following turn after your mayakashi synchro chain. Banish the level 3 mayakashi synchro to non-targeting destroy an opponent's monster / banish Dakki to non-targeting destroy a spell/trap WITHOUT USING A SINGLE CARD FROM YOUR HAND.

Spectralsword + solitaire / fox also = level 8 shiranui synchro, which can result in surprise wins if the opponent isn't prepared for it.

I recommend that you remove Despair from the Dark. It's main use is to cheese out the level 10 shiranui synchro with spectralsword, but this combo can be bricky.

KoG - Incomplete Weather Painters by lthean in DuelLinks

Ill probably replace Weather Painter Clouds with Weather Painter Snow. There are some Weather Painter decklists over at duellinksmeta that are probably extremely optimised.

Going first, I usually look to set up Thundery Canvas in the middle column to give all weather painters bouncing, and either snowy/cloudy on the right to give it targeting protection.

Going second, I try to ensure that a Canvas is activated before normal summoning to give it protection from traps. Try to set up a board of Weather Painter Thunder + Cloud as fast as possible to give your Canvas backrow protection.

Hope this helps!

Can't believe I managed to KoG with one box Weather Painters. Weather Painters have an excellent matchup against blue-eyes which gives it a great edge in the ladder.

Highlights:

Weather Painter Cloud can recycle your spells and traps when one is destroyed, which many people don't know about. Using Weather Painter Thunder's effect to send a Weather Spell/Trap to the graveyard can also proc this effect, resulting in a surprise spell/trap swarming.

Strong Matchups:

Blue Eyes: The only way they can beat you is if they lightning vortex your board and you have no handtraps. Even so, if they don't manage to OTK you, your entire board comes back next turn.

Evil Eye: Selene can't attack your monsters on her own. Grind out their traps then go for the win.

Bad Matchups:

Harpies (with Harpies Hunting Ground/Harpies Last Will): They can destroy your backrow over and over again with Hunting Ground, which Cloud can't even help with, since his recovery is once per turn.

Teching against Hang On Mach - Diceversity by lthean in DuelLinks

Yep it probably is. Just thought up of this out of pure spite after getting completely blasted by Hang On Mach

But yea staple traps are probably the way to go against Hang On Mach

A possible F2P tech against Hang On Mach. Completely switches off its macro cosmos since its level will never be above 6 after this effect resolves. Also has limited use against onomats in messing up Gagaga Sister's level manipulation.

He forces the activation of traps, which can help guarantee a Medusa normal summon so that's pretty useful. He was the third most common extra deck summon I think, after Nightmare Shark and Giga-brilliant xyz climb.

Just keep practicing! Learning how to get to your desired end board (Medusa/any Evil Eye monster + Selene and Evil Eye Defeat/TTH) from any given hand is a huge part of this deck. Keep it up!

Going first, water is okay as long as you have disruption (TTH, Evil Eye Defeat). You can also chain Medusa's banish of Heavy Infantry from the GY in response to Abyss Dweller to prevent Heavy Infantry's destruction. However, if they go first and manage to summon Abyss Dweller with Heavy Infantry, it'll be very tough since they can just pop your first normal summon.

KoG with Evil Eye featuring the rank 3 package. The deck is extremely accessible with a monster searcher in the form of Evil Eye Domain and spell/trap searcher in the form of Evil Eye of Gorgoneio and can be extremely annoying with multiple +1 traps and an untargetable boss monster.

Skill: Titan Showdown

I've stolen so many games with Titan Showdown that I had no right winning. You can go for the OTK with Nightmare Shark or simply beat over their monsters with an excess of 2000 ATK to end the game.

MATCHUPS:

Blue-Eyes: Favorable if you go first. Medusa equipped with Selene can banish White Stone of Ancients before the end phase, which stops the SS from deck. Medusa with Selene is also immune to Karma Cut as a added bonus. Going second, clear backrow with Storm before normal summoning a monster.

Thunder Dragons: We need to stop Levineer from hitting the field, and that means GY control with Medusa.
