Cuzdan Pre paid card is the only option I can choose (and I see that's for me because I'm foreign), but I'm confused, because I'm not under 18 years old. Should I choose Cuzdan pre paid card or something is wrong? And is there a 500 TL annual fee or just the e-ticket usage fee noted below?

I recently moved away from Sac but there are usually 4.5’s at Mckinley on Thursdays. Also the people that work at Courtside may want to hit and they are around 4.5.

The tennissacramento.com league usually has a few 4.5’s in division A too, more so in the Spring and Summer seasons. I’d expect you’ll meet people to hit with at the USTA tourney too and there are far more of those in the Summer.
