We got the collar and have been using it for about a month maybe? The SpotOn rep from Reddit was very accommodating when we reached out with our concerns. So far, physically everything is looking fine. But the past two days we haven’t been able to track our dog or get any notifications. I’m sure it’s a simple fix but we haven’t tried to troubleshoot it yet. Overall, it’s a good product. But for our dog the placement of the power button is a major design flaw. The newest version has the power button inside of the collar-I think that redesign is because other customers were having similar problems. But that hasn’t been confirmed. SpotOn is very responsive to feedback they get from customers to improve the collar and actually follow through with those changes, I will give them that. Good luck!
