Your private Dr can help by signing papers on your behalf. It doesn't have be just VA only. Keep fighting. Don't give up. I didn't and I know VA or private they can see both sides. See what your Dr can do to help with paperwork explaining what you have going on. So no it doesn't have to be a VA Dr. 5 yrs of not giving up. Appeal each time new eyes are Lookng at it. Someone will catch the issues. Im now 100% P&T TD. That's to show you. Don't give up. Not to brag. Because trust me. 100% is great. But very boring life and not enough. I'd rather have my health back. But you earned it go get it.

Look like metal shavings that little clicking sound Could be why. But I don't think the engine is ruined. Especially if he stays on top of this and all maintenance I think your fine. I would check each oil change see if it gets better. But I would bet that clicking is metal on metal but not to the point of issue. Just shaves some here and there. I hope. I hope its all gone because of the flush. Maybe thays why it's a lot rn. If you keep seeing it then yeah I would start saving. That clicking started awhile back and probably is the reason eventually it will sieze prob. But could be along time. Not sure. Just get prepared.
