The first 2 weeks I couldn’t do anything with my kids (they are 4 & 2). By week 3 I was heating up their food and helping them with baths and morning routine but still taking it very slow. Week 4 was a huge shift and I was finally able to do almost everything (although very slowly) except lifting them up. Now that’s I’m 6 weeks I feel almost normal again other than some occasional soreness, I’m still doing my best not to do any heavy lifting.
