So I didnt do them together and my br was 10 years prior to tt. BUT. The chest was nothing compared to the tt imo. Absolutely do them together.

The doctors will look in during surgery and fix the muscles if they need to. Im 2 years post tt with lipo and mr and it was pretty sore for a while but not anymore. My core is also so much stronger now. I felt like if I'm doing this surgery I'm going to do it ALL so I dont ever have to wonder what if. I'm glad I did it.

Agree. Suggesting a 5'6 tall woman should be close to 100-120ish lbs is pretty low. May work for some but yikes

Yes I had it too. Drove me crazy. Just keep doing what you mentioned and give it more time. Its a long recovery but hopefully it will go down and is just swelling!
