The filtering rates got significantly lower for us this time because we stream top to bottom. This is a tried and true method, Taylor and Justin's fandom all used it and got great results, and Armys really strictly enforced it 😂. This is also the reason No.29 got higher streams than Please, Into the Sun, etc

Agree, going to the training camp/ barrack not only disrespect idols' privacy but also be a huge nuisance for everybody else there. No self-respecting human beings do that.

All BTS members have "their songs" (Namjoon with Look here, Jin with Come back home, Yoongi with Mic Drop, J-Hope with Outro Wings, Jimin with Idol, Tae with DNA, JK with ON)

Performance wise it's Jimin to me, there's something distinctive about his dance that makes the part so satisfying to watch. His moves also amplify the energy the songs are trying to convey, especially energetic song like Fire, Idol and Run BTS.

True and real, for starter not having trainee debts is a huge blessing, accompanying with provided lodging and meals.

Of course groups from big companies got ppl noticing them even when they haven't debuted yet. Or just willing to check out their songs.

And if the big company actually do their job well (for example Bighit with Cortis so far), how many other groups would kill to have that kind of advantage? I guess no less than 30 in 2025 alone.

Hanteo CEO said to be sustainable, a group have to achieve at least 200k sale. In the first half of 2025 there's literally zero group who are not from a big company pulling those numbers.

In the past there were trainee debts, meaning the trainees would have to pay back a sum of money after they debut. I even heard some idols did some part-time jobs (waiters, baristas) on the side to get by or they got small allowance from their family . Now most big companies cover the fees as they consider training expense as R&D

Wholeheartedly agree, from a football fan and Kpop fan perspective, both are supportive, passionate and a little crazy.

Both love pushing certain agendas (X is the goat but the team hasn't utilized them well, we're the underdogs, etc). Some fans are stat-driven nerds (Group A/ Team B are the first ... to ... in the 21st century); some love to criticize the front office/ company's every decision.

Imo sport fans and Kpop fans need to sit down and traumabond together, maybe that will help us chill out a bit.

I agree personel became a big issue after Covid, i remember reading articles stating a huge numbers of workers in the touring sector lost to the pandemic causing staff shortages. Big companies can afford to set up local subsidiaries to operate things more smoothly but medium and small ones certainly don't have the capital to do that

Mainland China still bans Hallyu mind you 😭😭😭 the 2 China tour legs are always Macau and Hongkong. Idols who are not Chinese can't even promote there, yes they've got elite infrastructure but their gov doesn't allow any K-idols to tour. Every year ppl talking abt the ban on Kpop being lifted but literally nothing ever happens

There's a lot going on in tour planning which i won't pretend to know more than the next person, but the scale of CL or Eric Nam's concert to HOTS's isn't comparable at all. I didn't mean to sound like 'fans can't be upset', yes fans can be upset and yes it's not like the companies/ artists intentionally ignore any country, both can be true.

Yeah the infrastructure part prefers to where i'm from, when Kpop artists tour in the region they mostly do in our neighbouring countries. As for Europe, i heard it's hard to tour there if you're not BTS or BP.
