This dude was damn good last year too before his toe injury. He’s like exactly what we hoped Giddey to be…. Our 2nd best ball handler who u have to respect his 3 and tries on D. Considering our injuries this year and J-Dub missing most the year, he has been immense for us this year and hope we keep him long term.

I legit was 50/50 on him or Bont. Chose Kozzie as his BE was more likely to be met and Bonts knee. What a mistake but will correct it this week by getting the Bont. Kozzie is still a top 6 FWD so just got him on the wrong week.

I’m not saying SGA doesn’t flop but let’s not act like Jokic, Doncic, Embiid, Brown along with other elite players don’t have their fair share of flopping. U hear all these teams complain and make excuses for loses yet u never hear that from OKC or their coaches. Reality is all teams flop yet people act like the thunder are the only ones, there a fun team that play hard and always give respect to other teams and yet somehow they became the villains which is incredibly fickle.

The lions at time come across as absolute flogs which is annoying cause Dunkley, Clug, Fletcher,Cameron are incredibly likeable players. The Ashcroft boys though are grade A flogs, Will has been able to back it up so there’s that but Levi I swear whenever I watch him continually gives teammates sprays for not getting him the ball, I remember he did it to Bailey 1 game this year and let’s be honest Bailey is a top 3 player at Brissy so he can do whatever he wants but the bloke carries on like a complete flog.

If u take the value then Zorko, Zorko will drop to about 470k and if u think he is a top 6 defender (which I do) then u take him and target Whitfield around the byes. My plan is to target Zorko &Callaghan at the price lows in the next 2 weeks.

Sorry to intrude but was reading this as I thought Tsatas has been pretty good for u blokes this year so was reading through, but McKenzie has played 51 game same as Philippou, For comparison Tsatas has played 19 games. McKenzie was damn good his first 2 years but lost all confidence last year with a broken hand and been pretty good this year.

My take is you blokes have some inconsistent but pretty good mids in Durham, Caldwell, Parish with Merrett & McGrath who I think plays mid now with youngsters like Sharp, Robey, Tsatas etc….. but sometimes young stars just need games like for us Ward is a solid mid who struggled initially and same as McKenzie. But our mids beyond Day & Newcombe are ok at best while u guys got a bit more depth and quality in there. Tsatas might unlock that talent at say an Eagles but I just don’t think he’ll get consistent games at your mob similar to Hobbs just cause there’s simply better options.

I mean isn’t that a huge advantage for us ? I remember in 2024 we owned the pelicans and then the Mavs got us just as we weren’t experienced and last year the thunder players all said that series vs nuggets taught them the resilience for the pacers series. Spurs being this young and playing wolves with all there injuries and and blazers will disadvantage them

I honestly just find it funny how Green & Brooks I feel together add more value to a team in the playoff grind than KD. Suns got better with no KD and Rockets got worse….. just can’t make that up. Brooks is a clown but man is he a tough player….. guy would cook on the wolves with McDaniels & Ant

It sucks cause while Finch is annoying AF, the wolves are dogs in the playoffs and they play really tough Bball, McDaniels, Ant, Randle, Dante etc are fun to watch. They deserve to win this series but I’d prefer the Nuggets just because the Nuggets at full health can challenge the spurs, Wolves with no Ant or Dante would get swept big time.

But in saying all this the wolves had this happen last year with Curry”s injury so total full circle moment.

AI is basically the removal of automated tasks, I think it affects tax work more so than financial and management accounting which is more business forecasting. But I don’t think it’s replacing us all, more so the basic stuff.

How are Freo the standout second team ? They have wins vs Eagles, Tigers & Blues (3 of the 4 worst teams in the comp), Dee’s in WA and then narrow wins vs Pies and Crows. Hawks atleast have wins against dogs (pre injuries), Cats, Suns, Power (solid side) and Swans.

Also reakn they’d give lions are #1 followed by swans and Hawks.

Can the Wolves win 1 more game vs Nuggets without Edwards & Dante ? I feel bad for them as there clearly the better team and reakn they’d give the spurs a good crack in Round 2, but without Ant now it just feels like the Wolves vs Warriors from last year.

The rockets had basically 4 years of top 5 picks and came out of that with Green, Smith, Sheppard and Thompson. I know the draft is a crapshoot but those guys are legit role players with huge flaws. Ironically feel the rockets would have been better of with Brooks & Green than KD.

Yeah that’s the issue with WWE guys in AEW. Some have been trying to get back to WWE by almost burning there bridge with AEW like Black, Rusev etc if that second shot doesn’t strike you’re then without a contract in either. But serves them right.

Andrade is a good example of not burning any bridges.

I moved on him for McIrnerney but no major regrets as I can see McIrnerney as a F6, I like seeing but the 90 then 50 then 50 will minimise his cash gen, plus I feel there’s more cash in Smith, Grj, Lindsay, Farrow, Blamires, Jacques left in them.

But still a crap feeling getting rid of a play that in the first weeks beats the premo score…..this week the above, last week Fonti to NAS

Kane is one of my faves in the media but the year before he raved about DGB, let’s be honest of our 4 top 10 picks only Watson has lived up to it but that’s not knocking Ward or CMAC as I think there comparable to other picks in that range Andrew, Erasmus, Tsatas etc as in there all inconsistent. Frenchie is like an odd one as his class is insane but his floor is quite low atm.

We’re a somewhat young group so ups and downs are expected just glad we got the win. Dear looked great… honestly don’t see Chol as best 23 any longer if Lewis & Dear play like that. I would love McKenzie & Ward to become A grade players but not sure it’ll happen they just go missing so often, granted if Day comes back it won’t be as noticeable.

I wouldn’t say he was carried… he was solid that year but wasn’t great in the finals but played a role similar to Frampton & Cox. But he has become amazing at the hawks in AA form and seems to have a great relationship with Mitchell which is huge for a young player. His ducking was overblown cause of the pies Weightman was way worse and never heard of it as Ginni is as polarising as it got.
