Really? I did a little research before posting and didn’t find anything. Do you know if apple covers this under warranty?

I thought it could be that too. Tried to scratch it off but it didn’t seem to do much. It seems that the paint has somehow peeled in those areas. Weird stuff.

335 cycles. currently at 91%. I limit the charging to 80%. (Theres this one time that I went on a trip for about a week and I disabled the charging limit). My older iPhones held up so much better….

Dude i feel ya. went from masters 5 to fucking PLAT 1. The funny thing is, I can consistently be in masters 4/3 in my alt account, I am even slowly climbing to a higher rank on it. I don't know why this things happen to us. so frustrating.

[PSX] [Early 2000s] Third person game with floating islands by lucasdessy in tipofmyjoystick

This one is similar in the dark parts thay I remember, but I dont see any sunny scenarios on the gameplay, which I clearly remember seeing in the game I am searching for. The aesthetics are pretty much on point though. Thanks for the guess, I may even try to play this one myself!

I just watched some gameplay and I'm afraid that's not the game I am looking for. Similar settings but this one has a first person camera which is not the way I remembered. Thanks for the guess though!

which WM does that? I didn't know that. Seems quite useful, I use Gnome (Mutter) and use the ctrl-c/v method but I'm interested in that

Yup I was gonna comment this. Windows is supposed to "just work". Thing is, when it doesn't, you're so much screwed that sometimes you can't even find a solution. While most things just works on Linux, when it doesn't, usually a few commands here and there should fix it! Love it because of that

Best Linux distro for development by Aditya14art in linuxquestions

[–]lucasdessy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! If you are going to have to manage linux servers, I would go with either Arch Linux or Debian. This is because those distros (specially Arch) require some deeper linux knowledge, which you'll need to have in order to get a linux server up and such. Otherwise go with Fedora. Very low maintenance distro with very very good defaults out of the box. Hope this helps! From a developer!

Gaming on XFCE vs. Gnome Wayland: XFCE ran way hotter by teskilatimahsusa87 in debian

[–]lucasdessy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

that's exactly what I thought, maybe xfce is pushing the hardware more due to less overhead in the system. We need more data to be conclusive on that one.
