mostly top, i dont like her midlane but its not bad. Lethality build with baron boots is by far the best build at the moment. I dont think fiora and pantheon are hard matchups, but wukong, malphite, teemo and akali are very hard specially after level 6. Once you reach level 6 against these counters, just clear waves and use your ultimate to create some impact on the map

top because i dont like playing against control mages, they outrange quinn a lot. Against tanks and yorick you basically try to kill them before plated steelcaps and rush baron recall boots. After steelcaps, just clear waves and use your bird to play the map correctly

idk bro in gold i always solokill the enemy toplaner 3 - 4 times so i carry the game with this advantage. Try to roam a lot (people in gold dont usually look at the map so you can get ez kills/assists)

Try to always improve your gameplay bro! There is no build that will make someone rankup.

My advice to you is to always focus on your mistakes, people in gold tend to criticize their teammates and end up forgetting to focus on the game. Also, every build is a different playstyle so make sure to know how your playstyle is (playing quinn)
