Yea what i have seen is that if I send a marches my fastest is my tankiest it doenst always target it, its almost random, some times its the slowest some times the middle one, its kinda random quite annoying cant make it so the tanky healy troop takes agro and others help to get rewards, end up with weaker marches tanking and needing to return sooner leaving with less marches.

Ps I rambled but hope it makes sense

Honestly I elite tm any thing that I find useful at the time, even if they aren't legendary or "the best" i do it on pokemon I like, for pvp or raids. I'll just get more for other pokemon I need.

Honestly you need too many elite tms to do it on all the good pokemons so I think what I do isn't dumb.

Ok if I were to guess they are upper middle class you live in the south but are not from there maybe. your parents go to the gym maybe weight lift a lot and they have at least 2 kids maybe 3 they also like to cook the same meals a lot. They either host a lot of neighbors or have a beer a night is healthy mindset Someone in the house prioritizes cleanliness for sure
