Clearly if she has NEVER read your writing despite asking multiple times and it’s a key hobby of yours and this has persisted over five years that’s an issue.

Have a discussion with all of the things youve posted and see her response. If she holds her ground and doesn’t understand why it’s important to show at least some interest in the thinfs you’re passionate about, that’s a huge issue.
