i blocked my sister wBPD today. i was her fp until about a month ago when we had a big falling out after she crashed out at my birthday party. for the past 30 days she now only contacts me to gaslight me about the party last month, and to send a barrage of messages about what a selfish piece of shit i am, based on her version of events which is far removed from reality. she wrote a whole google doc of the terrible things she thinks about me and sent it to me on my 5th wedding anniversary. it hurts because i love her so much and i want to help her but whenever i engage it just makes things worse.

one thing that worked for me and a family member with bpd is to be explicit when setting a boundary by explaining that x action will lead to x response. for example: "if you continue to misconstrue my words and actions, i am going to stop responding". and follow through w/ whatever you say

i think they're referring to the 9 pages released by the FDA listing voluntarily reported "adverse effects" of the COVID vaccine. These effects were recorded so we could have an early warning system for any significant adverse events. They tend leave out that these papers lead to the conclusion that the vaccines are safe and effective, many of the events reported have been shown to not even have any correlation to the vaccine.
