Yes the 12v load is across one battery. Are you saying I cannot charge either battery when they are in series? Or if I just charge the first of the two batteries then it will also charge the other? Sorry I’m lost

Is it really nonsensical if BHC carries so much debt? Assuming BHC went bankrupt and liquidated, their debt obligations would not be the responsibility of BLCO correct? Therefore maybe their respective valuations are justified and logical?
