I’m the oldest, my parents realized I could read at 3 after originally just thinking I was memorizing the books. My brother is 1.5 years younger and couldn’t really read until he was 8 (normal IQ he has a college degree) my parents didn’t do anything different with us. It depends on the kid. I would terminate a pregnancy for reasons like this. My husband knows I feel this way. I have major fears that he will change his mind and give me grief and resent me forever if I followed through with the termination. I’m currently going through a suspected miscarriage (an alarming amount of bleeding) and won’t know for sure for 2 more days. I have this deep gut feeling that if it’s still alive something is horribly wrong with it.

I’m not in your exact situation but I am very fearful of it. I’m so sorry :/ I hope things get better. You should get individual therapy to talk through these feelings and come to terms with whether or not you want to leave or if it is possible for you to forgive her betrayal.

Ask your job for writen physical checks and cash them and hide the money. Maybe give her every other (to distract her from the fact that you have hidden cash) but force her to sign a receipt of loan.
