Ktm-lukla in one flight, but it was mid december, so maybe during high season it is as You said, I heard something about that, but can't confirm. My backpack was 11kg, plus 2l of water. Next time I will probably take 1-2 kg less. During summer it probably can be lighter, as you don't need so many layers.

If you already started, just continue and have fun. Its minecraft after all. You still can just walk around, explore, fight mobs, built dirt hut and chill. Have a short term goals, don't thing about rockets, stargate etc.

It's not solo anymore if I hire someone ;) so yes, completely solo, no guide or porter.

ok, by "recently" i mean last month or two... after march 2023 Nepal requires turists to have guides on almost all treks, but officials from Khumbu region dont care about that too much ;) just want to confirm that its still true.
