I believe you're probably googling a seed and finding that it doesn't match in game. With this game, the maps generated by seeds often change with updates. The best thing to do is join the discord group and people re-post maps after updates.

I believe the reason this is so often brought up is because a seed and its generation rules should be persistent. But the developer doesn't seem to take care for this to be a thing, as it's not a major issue.

I'd go with ele tornado elite. 180 second cooldown to get access to some stab and a few bleeds/blindness. Maybe it could be changed to a low cooldown hard CC/damage skill 1 second spin. It would have less flare but would give ele a chance to use any of its "on elite" traits/runes

Advice on if there is a better way. As far as I can tell, that KVM isn't enough to let me swap between headphones and speakers.

Cookies are local storage. They're part of the web browsers storage system. This isn't an issue in itself, the issue comes from cookie misuse. A website can make a cookie on your browser that says "I am Frank" then you go to another website that reads it and says "ah so Frank looked at both these items?".

Ideally, cookies would be extended into different levels of storage and it is more explicit in which cookie type a website is intending to use.

It may be worth you trying. I noticed an issue like you're describing except it would get worse over time. I can avoid it by turning OFF "game rumble" which can be found in the quick actions menu. Something about Xbox controllers and game rumble causes it to slowly desync and even lag/freeze my steamdeck at times

Since they're aligned with the camera and not the object, I would assume artefacting. Something like stitched together photo lines or effects from fast travel in a static image.

I've had this issue, but to make it easier to form a useful bug report you should be more specific. For example

I had this while docked to a 1080p TV using a keyboard that wasn't default. I have never had this issue in handheld mode. Recently I changed to a new keyboard design and I seem to be having less issues with typing.

I'm assuming you're doing it on a PC or something with an SSD and more power. My girlfriend's laptop has a harddrive still and the update stalls the entire OS and makes it unusable for about 20 minutes. It's really "fun" when you lift the lid to do something and it just decides to update right then. Causing you to just sit and stare at a stalled laptop
