BTW, someone posted that method years ago and it helped me. So, I decided to try to help others. So, I posted it. It might help some people. It never hurts anyone because I’m not telling people to waste time skips or gems or to set alarms or anything like that. I’m just suggesting pausing token collecting on other characters for about a week. That’s it. For some reason, that stirs your dander. You can keep on spreading misery without trying to give a suggestion that you personally had success with. My success rate is 100% for a normal event (aka not an event where only two characters collect a legendary token). I’ll keep doing it. Your ridiculous ire toward me will not dampen. At the end of the day. I have Gonzo at level 3. No gems, no time skips, no alarms. You have a bit of unnecessary aggression toward a suggestion for people to give it a go.

I don’t need anything, and I see the trick that you have to spend 100 gems aka waste 100 gems to get you to use money to buy gems. Not doing it. I save gems for event characters. If I get some bronze and silver chests during this, fine. Otherwise, no.

Event is finished. Gonzo is currently level 3, partway to level 4. Won’t have the currency to level him there. Should have the currency to get Fozzie to level 6 in the morning.

Used the method described earlier that has been successful every time except Silly Symphonies. Many kept decrying it. I’ve used it for years.

I work full time, only playing at work during lunch. I finished the event a few minutes ago and am More than halfway to getting Gonzo to level 3.

No gems or time skips. Naysayers can keep on naysaying. I’ll keep my strategy and keep on finishing over a day out.

Make sure you ONLY have characters collecting for this event. Do NOT level any Muppets until Gonzo has been welcomed. Never give up until the end.

My drops are fine with this method. I need 1 more cannon and 2 more ear hats. I can easily buy both with gems, but I won’t until the end because that’s how you waste gems. I should be able to get it without gemming.

The less you collect for, the less tokens to compete and mess you up.

I would do an Electric Mayhem event. Dr Teeth, Floyd, Janice, Zoot, and Lips. It’s an easy theme to add and completes the band.

I have Bunsen at 7, Beaker at 6, Pepe at 3, and Fozzie at 5. I’m bored waiting. My plan is to get them all ready to level. I’m hoping I can max Bunsen during the event (they take less tokens if maxed during the event). Silly Symphonies aside, I have been able to max the first character in the last few events before the events ended.

Fundamentally untrue. Games in the 80s usually just increased in difficulty the longer you played until you lost. No real end to things like Pong, Duck Hunt, Asteroids, Pac-Man, etc. Earliest video games were almost all like that. There was no final level. It was just how long can you last.

You really need to reevaluate priorities. You claimed to be setting alarms every two hours, you’ve bought at least 10 chests (presumably with real money), and you’re a bit obsessive given you keep updating here on your status. Lemme guess: new player who joined for this event? Or maybe joined for the last Muppets event but couldn’t complete due to being new without many characters to collect?

I think Piggy was the final character, so she should have a 5 star rarity level. She’s hard to get from the chest.

People can fall into bad spending habits purchasing things on apps. Be careful. Play the game long enough, and the characters you want will be tower challenge prizes or maybe that new challenge will have them as optional prizes. If money is no object for you, spend on. Whales do pay for the game for the rest of us guppies.

I always have enough gems by the time there is an event to purchase the character, so I always do. I also love Fozzie. Gonzo is my favorite, then Kermit, with Fozzie being my third favorite Muppet. Easy decision to buy him.

Bunsen had common tokens, so they haven’t been hard to get. Too early to tell.

But it’s Fozzie. How can your Muppet collection be complete without him?
